You actively contribute to Everial Canada’s growth by developing new clients and expanding existing accounts.
You will work on concrete document transformation projects related to organizational efficiency, compliance, and modernization.
Build a client portfolio (prospecting and business development)
Manage the entire sales cycle: lead qualification, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Identify opportunities with existing customers (upselling)
Understand clients’ document management environments and propose tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Solutions, IT) to develop relevant offerings
Ensure rigorous tracking of opportunities and customer relationships
Contribute to achieving business objectives
Experience in business development or B2B sales
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand customer needs
Comfortable working in technology-driven environments and with digital transformation
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service
Independence, thoroughness, and a focus on results
Experience in B2B services (technology, document management, business services)
Knowledge of the Quebec market (public or private)
Interest in issues related to digital transformation, compliance (e.g., Bill 25), or process optimization
